›What's included in the rent?
Laundry 3×/week, room cleaning 3×/week, water, WiFi, and front-desk service. Electricity uses prepaid tokens you control — so bills never surprise you.
›How do I book a room?
Pick a building, choose your move-in date, fill in brief details — the best available room is automatically held for 24 hours while you complete payment (deposit + first month).
›How much is the deposit and when is it returned?
One month's rent, paid with your first month, refunded in full at checkout as long as there's no damage.
›How is the rental month calculated?
Full cycle from your move-in date — move in on the 20th and your period runs to the 19th of the next month. One-month minimum.
›Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancelling before check-in gets a full refund. Unpaid bookings expire automatically after 24 hours at no cost.
›What if I want to move out?
Just give 30 days' notice from the tenant app — the contract ends automatically and your deposit is returned after room inspection.
